Click on the contact and then select the blackberry symbol and then option is near the top that says copy to sim phone book... you can only do 1 at a time though.

Type in "sim" in the search and there are threads that talk about this.

As I recall, the only way you can do it is by the "one by one" procedure
described by another member. And, most important, you can only put the
person's name and phone number on the sim, no addresses or e-mails. At
least as far as I can recall, e-mails cannot be placed on the SIM.

The reason for this limitation is because the SIM only has so much room and
full contact info would overflow the card's capacity. As I recall the SIM's
capacity is about 500k or something like that and it can hold about 500
contacts. Not sure on those numbers, I read it somewhere but have since
forgot what was what.

Bonus Comment: There are mini programs out there, some for free, that let
you manage the info that goes on to a SIM, BUT YOU NEED A SIM CARD
READER [that hooks up to a USB port].

The readers range in price, some as low as $5. The programs range from freeware to about $25.

Ohhh... I see it now. You gotta have the cursor on the number when you do it.

Thanx @ JSanders

I have used these guys to buy lots of LED flashlights. Very good merchant.

Also bought some of their SD card readers.

On my last purchase I decided to buy one of their SIM card readers:

I have a SIM card management program somewhere on my PC [freeware].
If I find it, will post for you [since it is freeware].

The link I provided for that SIM card reader includes a program for Windows, that allows you to edit, add, or delete your contacts on the SIM. I have bought many items from these people and they are dependable.

Bonus Tip: I have bought many flashlights from them [LED]. They have excellent prices and the quality of the lights is good. This one for a ridiculous $5.50 is very, very good. I bought 30 of them to give as gifts, twice.

Here is the SIM card reader. Again, it includes the program whose interface is below.

By the way, if you do buy from that link I provided, they have discount codes. Simply enter the following:

Buy 3 items: 5% off - Enter "3more" in the box.

Buy $30 in items: 10% off - Enter "1030" in the box.

Buy $150 in items: $25 off - Enter "25150" in the box.

All prices posted include shipping. In other words, shipping is free.

And you can use your PayPal account if you don't want to give them your card info.
