received the upgrade notification last night.

for the above messages: i wouldn't think the device model matters much. last communication i had with SS i was using an 8900, but have been using a 9700 for a month or so.

as for the upgrade: wow. have not used the new services (flickr and foursquare), but the upgrades to twitter and facebook are fantastic. the updated UI and overall appearance trounces the official RIM apps.

SS came back in a big way.

Same here. I am still getting .44. Is there an upgraded version link floating around out there somewhere? I have the RIM versions (facebook and twitter), socialscope, and ubertwitter. I really need to delete one of these.

akosnitzky,

I'm stunned - I just got the update to .98 ... and I've been stuck on .44 since last summer. I trust it's been worth the wait.

Regards,
SMF

I'm on .108

Ability to update my FB business page rocks. That was what I wanted them to add the most!

I got upgraded to .108 over the weekend... I personally thought that the update would never come...

Ditto.. So far so good. doesn't seem as quick as the last version but it looks nicer.

I have noticed that the new version doesn't remember SETTINGS options and login credentials across reboots/battery pulls. That is a VERY frustrating deficiency.

Question any updates on SocialScope ?

Have been waiting for invite for 2-3 months now - still no word.

When will SocialScope be made generally available ?

Did they include LinkedIn integration yet? this would be a high-value feature, IMHO.

SocialScope has been in Beta for I think over a year now, and have not been made generally available..

I am surprised they have not disappeared yet.

Still though it is a good app, why they do not leave the beta tag behind is beyond me, maybe they are secretly part of Gmail lol
