Anyone have some deats on which of the spanish carriers actually get the difference between BIS and BES. One of our customers has got a local sim card from a retail store and is trying to hook up to the london BES. Struggling to get the guys in the store to understand there is a BES plan...
Some carriers in Europe do not differentiate between BIS and BES plans. What carrier is your customer attempting to use? They should not have issues with Movistar or Vodafone.
