Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded my tmobile 7100t to the newest handheld software and it added a "Enterprise Activation" icon. I do not use Enterprise and want to remove it. I can not figure out how to delete this... can anyone help? Thanks.

Select the icon, hold alt/half moon and press in on wheel, then select to hide it.

The vodafone theme does not allow you to hide icons/apps. Switch to the one of the others (like the default list theme) to hide apps.

Default Enterprise Activation Icon

I also am trying to remove the Enterprise Activation Icon on the Vodafone Theme and have been unsuccessful. I have the option to hide however it has no effect. If I use the standard theme it will remove but when I revert back to the Vodafone theme the icon comes back.
I am trying on the 7230 using version 4.0.0.188

Any ideas?

Thanks for the tip. Now how do you "unhide" an application?

Icons do not keep their state from theme to theme. Each theme has their own functions and features and layouts and mannerisms and behaviourisms. If you want to hide it, and its not working with the Vodafone theme, then make your life see less Red.

mlitvack, same process as hiding them and choose unhide (although you will have to unhide ALL hidden icons just for one).

When you press Alt and click the wheel on the main menu, you will get the option to also unhide icons. Hidden icons reappear with Xs through them.

btw. there are now TWO different versions of the Vodafone 7100 theme. The updated OS 4.0 compatible version will be posted later today or tomorrow (or if you want to download OS 4.0 from Vodafone and load it up then go into your Java directory located under c:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared\version info crap\Java\ and grab the net_rim_theme_vodafone_240x260.cod file, then that is fine too). that could be the reason why some people can hide icons and others cannot while using the Vodafone theme.

The new theme has the New OS 4.0 futuristic calculator, btw. Thats another one of the bug fixes.
