Same here i have the same issue as you are... I called BB tech support but they seem not know what to solved and suggest me to get exchange the same device. I insist to get me upgrade full discount for new blackberry 8900 so I will get it next week. You may give it a try. Good luck

Look in the BB FAQ section for how to wipe with JL_CMNDR. If that doesn't work then you need a replacment. You may have to try numerous times to get it to work so don't give up to fast.
