I am returning my BB 8703e (I will be receiving the 8700c tomorrow. Long story!)

And I need to erase all the data before I send it back.

I did a search and came up with one thread, but it mentioned the Desktop, which I don't use since I have a Mac.

Can someone help me with this?

Go into Options / Security / General Options

Click the wheel and select "Wipe Handheld" and follow the prompts.

That will wipe out all customer data on the device - but not any programs.
