Default Blackberry Network Outage??

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys....Haven't seen anyone else mention it yet.. Just had one of my BES users call in and report he can't access any web pages through his BB browser. I am unable to either. We are on different carriers. Anyone else having problems?

btw - I'm in the L.A. area

You're both on the same BES?
Is your MDS-CS service running?

Yeah, my webbrowsing has been really sluggish today, and some pictures that im sending via email, through a BIS account are taking forever.

** Mods - please move to Carrier Specific Issues **
There are no outages reported.

One T-Mobile user in LA and a Verizon User in Northern VA is not an outage...

Add Sprint in AZ.

And, after 7 hours on the phone with them yesterday and multiple other phone and in-store visits with 3 BBs, they finally deigned to inform me that there's a BB Network outage - ALL CARRIERS, no ETR.

Given the BB community, I'm surprised it is so hard to come by this information...

Probably because there's no outage. ;)

Wow. One user, gets BS from customer service.
BIS working here.
BES working here.

Perhaps there is a carrier or tower problem at your location.

There is no "BB Network outage - ALL CARRIERS, no ETR."
