I've not heard of anything but the emulators you can get from RIM work well and give you the opportunity to work with different models. That's assuming, of course, that you want to demo the device or software as opposed to some other function.

You can get screen captures from your device if you hook it up to your USB port

You could try ShowMate from Impatica... google it to get the link... I'm too junior to be able to post an url!

Looks like it does PowerPoint presentations... maybe it can also do other screen displays...

There's not a current program to display your screen in real time, but there are screen capture options. This one's from our very own d_fisher:
