Just bought it new and boxed off ebay...

I just set it up to charge for the ten hours that was recommended, and after about six I turned it on. Then the blackberry started setting up and then the long document appeared explaining the rights and stuff, and you had to scroll down and click OK. Apart from I can't scroll down or click OK. I only managed to make it scroll down once, and I have never made it click OK. I don't have a sim in there yet, but the phone should still work, right?
Any help would be appreciated!

Blackberrys require a Specific Blackberry Data plan from the carrier and with that you get a SIM. Setting up the phone requires some connectivity to the service.Hopfully it is a Cell phone selected for the carrier you use.
