Default Sync with Outlook Exchange Public Folders Contact List

Please Login to Remove!

We have created within our organization a Public Folders Contact List which we would like to be able to sync with our 5 users. Basically we want this list to be their default contact list.

They should be able to view it and also make changes or add new contatcts to the list.

This list is different than a Personal Contacts List which is what Outlook Exchange normally defaults to.

This is also different than a GAL or Global Address List which usually only has contacts for those individuals within your organization.

Personally, I don't understand why Microsoft, Rim and Apple have not figured out that companies and individuals perform contacts on 3 levels, Personal Contacts, Internal Company Contacts and External Company Contacts.

Wake up guys and join the real world of how business and people communicate.

I need to be able to communicate with the device and my contacts more than I need to listen to music, watch videos or play games.

I also need this function. I would have thought that this would be the main function of a BB??? We recently got a BES and now I am wondering if we were better off just using desktop manager.

This company has a solution, I've tried it, it's ok...not great but it does work. They do have a demo so you can try it in your environment.
