Should the new themes I downloaded be in the "themes" folder on my Blackberry? I dont see them in there

Does the theme tutorial work with OS 4.0.2.49??

Did you download it via OTA. I find it much easier to install applications via my desktop manager for my tastes. What I would do is download the zipped file to my computer unzip it then using the desktop manager I would install them.
