Verizon 7250 user in Birmingham, Alabama and still can receive and send via PIN, BWC, and BES successfully, but my other Cingular 7290 still cant send or receive anything at this moment...

I am the opposite. My Verizon 7250 has "data connection refused" - I got about 4 emails around 6pm Pacific that were 45-90 minutes delayed to my blackberry.net address (using BWC). My husbands Cingular 7290 is slow but is working, getting emails can browse, etc.

This is as of 7:46pm Pacific Time - I am in Portland, Oregon.

Might want to give your blackberry a reset by removing the battery and put it back in.

10:25 pm...seems to be slowing coming back up in Tennessee - Cingular. Curious as to the actual cause....any insight?

At 1122pm, EST, I started receiving messages. Looking good so far...

Ok - 9pm PT and Vzw still not up in Portland. I tried a hard reset by removing the battery and putting it back. Any other thoughts?

Still have Data Connection Refused and after about 4 emails around 6 I have not been getting email and can't browse. Phone works just fine.
