Default Help!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys my pc was updated the blackberry 7250 and then it crashed! now my blackberry doesnt open and the red light flickers. I am trying to reload the os and it wont work. I need the application loader file which I can find on the net^

search in the FAQs for resetting the bb...

where.. My blackberry gets detected in windows on the usb but not in the desktop manager... it got screwed when it was updating! plz help guys!

pull the back cover and remove the battery for about a minute...then it should reset...

remove the batt for a minute and then put it back in of course..

ok but I think what happended was i was updating the soft. and the my pc crashed now it seems like there is no software inside the blackberry

ya i did nothing if its from telus do i have to use the telus software or i can use any 7250?

go to the rim site and look for the latest desktop and os for your 7250..
but if your pc is constatntly crashing ... I would fix that first..
