I've been trying to log into my verizon account for about 3 days now. Forgot password doesn't work, it doesn't recognize my email address, even though I have the original email from when I setup the account in said email inbox. I tried calling *611 and they said I have to have a login to the site in order to speak with online support. I do have a f'ing log in lol...but the site doesn't recognize it. I think the issue is that I never changed the temp password that was txt'd to me when I created my login, I just saved it on my browser. Any ideas?

Try calling customer support at 1-800-922-0204. They may be able to reset your password for you.

Yeah I tried that, but they said they didn't have a record of my email address being registered. My only thought is that since I became the primary line on our family plan, perhaps my account was reset or removed?
