Does anyone know if you can implement an IT POLICY to change the Convenience key on the 8830 to NOTHING by default?

I doubt it - convenience key would be one of those things that RIM would define as an 'end-user setting' and thus make it under the users control/not possible to pre-set via the BES.

Personally I'd like to be able to lock down icon layout - so I can say it's the 3rd icon on the second row next to the spanner - but again that's end-user control.

I just sucks when your deploying 200 new devices and you have to change it for every user. No one likes the default key to be Voice Dialing.
