You need to install the OS for the BB, than you can modify the file.

I have retained the BB Dimension themes based on advice in another thread (from John Clark, I think) that that those themes are necessary for other themes to work. I see in this thread that only the BB Dimension Zen theme is necessary. What is the consensus on this? Can I safely remove ALL themes except the one I am using and the Dimension Zen theme? You can't remove Dimendion icon if you're using any icon theme, can't remove Dimension Today if you're using any Today theme, etc.

lol. Man i remember a few months ago on my pearl i had almost 20 themes on my phone. I change them like i change clothes. Not any mnore though. On my curve i only a 6-7

You don't have to remove any themes, just rename it and it will not install, and you can always tevert it back later on.

Where can I find the OS for BB?
I tried the BB download support(BlackBerry download) but I only find the Desktop Manager, not the OS itself

On a Verizon BB Pearl another good way to free up some memory is to delete the preloaded video in your media.
