Just migrated from a 7250. When deleting email on the 7250, if you set "Delete on" to prompt, you got a choice of deleting handheld only or handheld and mailbox. On the 8703e, if you select "Delete on" to prompt, you just get a delete or cancel choice. In other words, there no longer is a choice of deleting as an either/or...

Unless I'm missing something....

Works fine on mine. Try resetting by pulling the battery.

While in e-mail, click the wheel, go to options, click on Email Reconcilation and choose how you want it to work. Also click on General Options and set those as well.
