Has anyone had the problem when their BB is locked it can't be unlocked, and you have to remove the battery & reboot to accept the password? My p/w is numbers and it seems like mt BB won't switch to numbers from text.

Hmmm I use all letters. May have to change see if I come across same problem. I have a pearl so ill try on that and see what I get. Are you pressing the alt key then typing numbers?

It only happens maybe every two to three weeks, not to big of a deal but i just ordered a skin from seidio and getting to the battery is just going to be a little harder...
I was also thinking of upgrading to a higher os like maybe the oem release from vzw which is 4.1.0.170 PL3.1.0.51 A4.3.0.97

you should always upgrade when new releases come out especially when they are OEM releases. each OS is specially tweaked for each carrier so if you want to get the most out of your device and the services offered by verizon then i would recommend upgrading even though its not mandatory.

I upgraded yesterday to vzw release of .97 will see if this fixes the unlocking issues
