Is there any way to check how long a BB handset has been used (usage in hours)if one is buying a used phone? ( for eg: Typing *#92702689# on most Nokia handsets brings up the total usage of the handset in hours used ) .

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

There is but I don't know how to access it, it is a restricted function to allow resellers to check total talk time in case someone wants to return a new phone

Goto OPTIONS/DEVICE/DEVICE AND STATUS INFORMATION and type BUYR
