Default Issues with devices on BES

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having problem with multiple devices on a BES server running BES 5.0.3.31 SP3 connecting to MS Exchange Server 2010.

We've found that devices that drop their connection to the mobile network for any length of time also drop their connection to BES every single time. We end up having to re-activate the device, removing the user from BES and recreating them each time, every time this happens and this seems excessive.

It doens't seem to make any difference even if BES shows that the device has been in contact with BES minutes ago.

We've also noticed that the facility to reset a password for a device remotely pretty much never works and we have to re-activate the device.

Something is set wrong and no one knows what or where to look

Hi, I've got the same issue myself, see thread I just posted Blackberry Device Connectivity

Have you noticed the network mode when the device loses connectivity, it should be in lower case ?
