Blackberry 9800 Torch Error

Hello Everyone
I need help and advice please. Recently I upgraded my blackberry 8900 curve to a Blackberry Torch 9800. I also purchased a 32GB micro SD card to use with the Torch. I formatted the card on the Torch and transferred all my media and audio files to the 32 GB micro SD card on the Torch. Each time the transfer would complete the Torch shows a message “media card has errors, do you want to repair”.
I took the 32 GB micro SD card out from the Torch and using the adaptor formatted again from the PC and again transferred all my media and audio on the card. The transfer completed all fine. I checked the files from the PC and they are running fine. But when I place it in the Torch, and turned it on, it stills says “media card has errors, do you want to repair”.
This time I said YES and when the repair process completed. I noticed that all the audio files had disappeared, but as far the media files go they were all there but only a few media play and the rest the Torch says that they are of “unsupported format”.
Thinking that the 32 GB micro SD card may be the culprit, I took it out and placed it in my old blackberry 8900 curve and it works fine there. So I placed the 8 GB micro SD card from the old phone into the Torch and then did the transfer and it’s all the media and audio are working fine.
I am totally bewildered as to why the 32 GB micro SD card is doing this on the Torch and why all this is happening. Can anyone shed some light please?
Thanks
