Default no wifi option on 8320

Please Login to Remove!

My wifi option is gone. I had and used it before, but now there is only the mobile network and blackberry options.

Any suggestions to enable it again?

Is this a BES device?
Did you recently upgrade the OS on your device?
Have you tried a battery pull?
Can you provide any more details?

Check with your BES admins.
They may have pushed a new IT Policy to your device which disables WiFi.

In case someone finds this thread with the same problem I have, I looked into the IT Policy as penguin suggested - and it - in fact - ...disabled wifi.

That sucks, did they give you any reason? Seems to me it would save $ if they left that option available.

No reason that I could get... It really is unfortunate because wifi was one of the big reasons I purchased it.

...and yes, I could switch back to the smaller plan..... :/
