I have been using my 8830 with my company's BES server. I have emails in my exchange/outlook inbox from 3 weeks ago. All these emails used to show up on my BB until today around 5pm. All new emails (after 5pm today) show up on the BB. All the old ones still show up on my exchange/outlook inbox but not the bb.

Any idea why these emails are not showing up on my bb anymore and how to get them back?

Thanks for your help. I think I know why it deleted the emails and call logs now. I was opening multiple attachments around the same time they went missing. I cleaned up the memory and now have around 5MB free. Now that I have free memory is there any way to get my old emails back from Exchange/outlook back on my bb?

Not wirelessly. You'll have to use the desktop manager and connect to move the old ones you want on there.

Also....set you"keep old messages" setting to the maximum that you want.

I just looked all around in the desktop manager and could not find anywhere to connect and move old emails back to my bb.

What option moves old emails back to my bb from Exchange/outlook?
