I've had the curve for about six weeks and in that time have had to do a battery pull to restart the device about 8 times. It just turns off randomly -- not while I'm using it -- but while it's sitting on a table or in my briefcase. I can't turn it back on using the power button -- only removing the battery works. The battery level is fine and there's enough memory. Just thought I'd check here before I head back to the store . . .

I used to have the same issue. Check the normal stuff like memory available, third party apps and reloading OS. None of it worked for me, so I ended up getting a replacement under warranty. I've had the replacement for a couple of week, no more random reboots.

this is my second phone it still does the random restart. any possible solutions? tried all of the ideas mention above.
