I used the Video camera Light while I was fishing the other night. That thing is amazingly bright. It gives you just enough light to manage. I wouldnt expect it to be no spot light tho

someone should make an application that with a click of a button the light turns off/on. this way u can assign the left side or side buttons to do it, and it will be like a real flashlight this way.

Seems to me that using the LED Flash as a flashlight might cause it to burn out prematurely. Might be nice to use in an emergency but for normal use I'd be concerned.
my vid cam auto flash dont work on OS4.5.0.55 AND .77 :( so i downgraded back down to 4.3 (factory) and it seems to work what is the deal anybody know?

My old Sony Ericsson K750i had this option and I used it for 2 years without any problem... LEDs are know to last very long.

LED's are far more efficient than other light sources. That's why they are being incorporated on the newer vehicles because of their efficiency and longevity.

I'm pretty sure if you go into the video camera and hit the Space key it will toggle the light on and off. Not quite what you are suggesting but should still save a bit of time.
