Default Bold 9780 Network HELP (PAKISTAN)

Hey guys....i just bought bold 9780 it came from abroad on o2 network. I am using it in Pakistan and its fully unlocked and working perfectly.

I am using the network warid and it has been only 2 days and i have spent over 500rs worth of balance. Every time i send a sms warid charges me 6rs considering as a international sms....i have bought the sms package and even called warid but they have no idea..

Can a professional help me out plzzzz.

Unfortunately, we really cannot help you as this is a billing issue with Warid.

Yes, it is. The device does not determine how much you are charged for SMS, the carrier does, and the carrier does that based on the configuration on your SIM card.

Go into Text Messaging->Options & check the Service Centre is right for your operator. Could be that you're using O2's still?

The service centre is always controlled by the SIM card, so that shouldn't be the issue. Further, other providers' service centres usually deny messages from MSIDNs not from their network.

If this does end up being the case, then both Warid and O2 have some issues to resolve. LOL
