We changed our e-mail server to Lotus Domino and moved to the office near us. and we were using BIS service of Vodafone Romania for blackberry devices.
but first when we setup devices imap , the read messages from notes client, start to came and came again to all blackberrys.
then we cancel imap from server, and setup all of the blackberrys to POP3 in again BIS Vodafone Ro, in most device we have no problems. But especially the blackberrys of members of boards which is 9000 Bold come with problems. some of old e-mails start to come and come. and also if you do not read from notes unread messages start to come in every 20 minutes like a new message.
and as a thirth way, we install BPS (Blackberry Professional Software version 4.1 SP4 for IBM Lotus Domino). but anyhow i could not managed to make enterprise activation. The blackberry is not new and has settings for BIS, ok. but from Vodafone we canceled BIS and open payment plan for BES. and as i read from a forum, i put a wifi device to the same network with domino and BPS server, and try to activate from wifi but i could not managed :((((
please and please help, or i will lose all of my hair...
