Your BlackBerry Storm Order is Being Processed

i received an email at 10:25am EST stating that "We're processing your order"... i ordered from telesales on friday 11/21 - does this mean that they will be shipping my phone out today or is this "processing" going to take until Dec 5?
When did the first round vzw telesales buyers get their "processing" email and how long did it take to recieve the device after you got the email?

interesting - seems like it was an email to everyone who is waiting... i guess i will sit back and wait for my tracking information on December 5 |

I ordered mine by phone on Friday at 10:30 AM. Did not receive any information, so I called yesterday afternoon and was told it shipped yesterday. I did not receive it today and have received no notification. |

I received that same email this morning. I ordered my Storm on Friday morning as well.
However, I received my Storm yesterday morning via Fedex. So, I guess they are sending those emails to everyone who ordered one, even if those persons have already received their Storms.

I ordered my Storm on-line late afternoon on Saturday. I spent the early afternoon at the VWZ store getting the wife a Dare. After seeing some of these posts I called Verizon and the rep said she it should be shipped by December 5th. We'll see.

I guess I must have been "special". I ordered mine on-line 11/21 by following a link from an e-mail VZN sent me. The FedEx guy handed it to me 11/22, yep, next day and on Saturday. I was surprised!

Same thing here. I ordered mine 9:30am the 21st. Called today and they said it hasn't even been shipped yet. I was just charged for it yesterday. Errrrrrrr! |

Placed mine Friday afternoon, Got the same email today at the same time. Talked to them 20 minutes ago, and was told it would ship Dec 05. Got a tracking number via email just now! Not sure what the representatives are looking at, as she was not able to find any information.

I ordered mine Friday around 2pm EST. I didn't hear anything at all until I received the "Your BlackBerry Storm Order is being processed" email this morning at 10:30am. Then, at 6:50pm, I received another email telling me my order had been shipped, and the FedEx tracking report says I should receive my Storms (2) on Friday. Very excited.

WOW there is no rhyme or reason to how they shipped. I ordered mine on the same day, but at 9:30am and I still have yet to get a tracking number. When I called they said it might ship today, but probably Friday. WTF!?
I am a new customer though, do you guys already have accounts or what? |

I'm a new line on an already existing account. The phone was ordered at 12:30pm CST on Friday - I have yet to hear anything from Verizon and I'm getting a little nervous. The earlier I can port my number over from T-Mobile and cancel my account, the better so that I can pay less (hopefully).
