Are you referring to your personal address book or the server address book?
Your personal address book would have to be replicated to the server.
The server address book is access by doing a Lookup on your device, the whole address book does not get pushed to your device.

If you are speaking of your personal address book, have your Domino admin setup a roaming profile for you...helps in other aspects of notes mobility as well...

Send the domino admins here if they have questions...

Oh, and Domino 7.1 doesn't exist - 7.0.2 maybe but anyway...

Thanks all of your replies, Is there a way to create an agent of some sort to automatically do the "Synchronization Address Book" agent instead of replication the personal address books to the server?

You can get your Domino admin to replace your mail db design with the Domino Web Access AKA iNotes mail template. You can then use the already created agent in your mail db. This agent has been created to be used via Action > Synchronize Address Book menu-item and it syncs your local address book database to your mail databasse. When you login to Domino Web Access, you can see the sync'ed contacts under the Contacts tab. On the BES side, once it detects that your mail db is setup using iNotes, it will update the server and filepath for the address book PIM sync settings and you have wireless sync contacts enabled!

Have fun!

We are currently all have the sync enable what we are looking for is a way to do automatically what the Action->Synchronize Address Book is doing right now. This is so that the user does not have to do the Action->Synchronize Address Book manually and the server will just update there address book every 5 min least say automatically.

As mentioned earlier in the thread... one way to accomplish this is to put a replica of the user's local address book on the server.
The BES admin can then point the user's BES profile to wirelessly synhcronize with the server copy of the address book. On the client side, you'd just set up a normal Notes replication schedule between between the server copy of the address book, and the local copy. It's quite simple.

Well, without using replication of the personal address book to the server, I can see 3 options...

1. Use a database event like PostOpen in the user's mail database to start the agent. You could access a custom profile document that would contain information such as the last time the sync happened/when to run next.

2. Kind of a cheat...replicate the mail file locally, and schedule the agent LOCALLY (the agent that is @ run'd when you manually select it from the menu).

^^^ SUPER KLUDGY!!!

3. Just setup roaming and never be without your PAB, Journal, and Bookmarks...

^^^ IDEAL!!!!

I completely agree with this. Don't know why the OP is so opposed to it.
In another thread, I had also suggested to this user that they simply have the Domino admin post here for help, but I guess that's not going to happen either.
