I connect my device and it shows on My Computer as Removable Disk (M) and Removable Disk (N), what happened to the BlackBerry names?

Don't worry, it's normal.
Windows or Mac, the 'puter's "I give a damn" is broken. It cares not one whit you have a Blackberry, it sees a device and a card. Period.
