when i visit appworld to install it using the link i get via email after filling the form on web i get this notice:

why is that?

but it seems appword doesn't work for Kuwait ?

I thought I saw posts that it is available world wide now. Maybe I'm wrong.

Though it does not explain your error message, there is a workaround. If you go to the appworld website from your computer and plug in your BlackBerry via USB you should be able to install appworld that way.

I discovered this awhile back when I had my 9000 and was running OS 5.0 before it was officially supported by RIM. Couldn't install appworld OTA, got the same error message as you, but using my computer there was no problem. Hopefully it works in this case as well.

visit this on your blackberry http://bit.ly/4Aot76 this is an OTA for BB app world for OS5.0.

Once its downloaded open app world, go to top free, go to BB App world and update it to the latest version.
