Default Os 4.6

Please Login to Remove!

I had to reinstall my DTM and in doing so was notified that an OS upgrade was available. When I tried to do the upgrade I got an error message half-way through telling me that I did not have enough free space on my device. Help?

I believe you need at least 20mb free memory for an OTA upgrade to work.

Delete stuff you don't need. Apps, themes, media in device memory, emails with attachments, etc.

Hi Everyone, I had 4.6 OS and I just downloaded the 5.0.0.411. When I did that, my Visual voicemail disappeared. Does anyone know how I can get it back? I tried calling ATt and blackberry and they are saying I would have to go back to the official 4.6 version in order to use VSM again? does anyone know how I can get around this? The OS 5.0.0.411 is working fine other than this problem I am having.

Thanks!
