I would like to Sync My Blackberry 8830 World Edition to my outlook so that once i delete a email from my out look it will also delete it off the blackberry and vice versa. What is the way to go about this.

If you have an IMAP email server account on BIS, yes (yahoo, and a few others).

Otherwise, you will need a BES setup.

If you have a BES, you would need to have your device provisioned for enterprise access. Then you will need to talk to your BES Admin and they will be able to assist you from there.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile = On

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Delete On = (your preference)
