The phone is in good condition, no scratches on the screen. The shell has paint wear on the corners because I've had the phone for over a year now. The only wear on it is on the bottom corners from the plastic holster. Beyond that its in good shape. The 7280 case will work on the back, but not the front as there are a couple buttons that are different on the 7280. You can also pic up a new shell for cheap online.
