I am VERY new to this. I was trying to download the file to change the trackball and my computer doesn't recognize the .alx file. Any suggestions?

i must be doing something wrong, b/c it's not working. This is the error it gives, "No additional applications designed for your device were found."

serioulsy i want to change the color of the pearl trackball but it wont allow me to download... what in te world do i do?????!!!!!!!!!!!

have you followed the solutions that MrKyoo has given? they will let you load the application
