I will downgrade to the old OS.

Anyone else have this happen? I may do the dreaded wipe if no one else is having this prob.

Just encountered another possible bug ...... My backlight timeout was set for 2 minutes .... For whatever reason it just started timing out at 30 seconds even though it clearly shows 2 minutes being selected. Quickly losing faith in this build. :(

I fixed this by getting a copy of BBSAK (sweet!) and wiping the device. I then installed this release and all is well. The addition of the new BB Desktop 6.0 is a welcome change. Everything went very smoothly. So far battery life seems fine.
Regards,
Rob

Anyone using this version on TMobile? Want to make sure UMA works. I am getting a 9700 this week and UMA is one of those things I truly love and use daily.

I will be checking this out as well as I just moved and have absolutely no signal with Rogers on my street. This will determine whether or not a I stay a Rogers customer with 3 Blackberry's in my household!

Does anybody come across the same issue as me? Since I installed this latest version my signal disappears for no reason and the only way to get it back is by pulling the battery out?...

As much as I hate to, I will be wiping and reinstalling this version to see if it helps. It's been my experience that a wipe often corrects pesky little bugs ...... But not all and not always. We shall see ..... I'll let you know how I make out in a day or 2 when I have some time to do this.

I use this fantastic application called BatteryEX that has really been a lifesaver for me. I usually have over 30% left by the end of my day.

I found two errors with this release:
1. I need to key in twice for reboot - alt + shift + del
2. It cannot sync with Lotus Notes, I did reset the setting on Desktop Manager however it still cannot. :(

I don't have your reboot issue - mine works perfectly, as it always has in previous releases.

Anasilk, are you doing over-the-air sync or desktop sync?

I ran into the ATT Orange screen hanging after running the loader app.
Wiped it with BBSAK.
Ran Loader again.
All Good.

I'm having trouble connecting to my car's bluetooth with this build. Anyone else experience this? It seems to just be the remote portion -- 2010 Mazda3.

Wow, this one has given more trouble then any before. I am going back to ATT brnaded OS until 6 gets here ;)
1. App install issues
2. Inconsistent failures of web pages and web dependent apps (click first time fails, second or third just works)

Is anyone noticing that with this build battery drain is exponentially worse.
I'm attributing this to UMA connectivity, as I have noticed sometimes UMA can be spotted at best dependent on the available bandwidth for the router the UMA is connecting through.
