I have searched the forums for similar problems but cannot find anything, so any help would be appreciated.

I have a Bold. I use the "new alarms" set from the calendar. I have previously set alarms from the calendar and subsequently deleted them. Nevertheless they continue to go off at the appointed time!!

They do not exist in the BB, nor are they on Google calendar with which I synch my calendar.

How do I find them and remove them? I have tried to insert them again and delete them; I have tried removing the battery. The only thing I have not yet tried is a hard reset, although I would rather avoid that if possible - even if it were to work, in case it causes problems on resynching!

Anyone?

Removing the battery, with the power on, for 30 seconds, IS a hard reset.

If you look at the calendar in different views, say Day view, do you not even see the little alarm clock icon in the time slot when the alarm activates?

Have you looked in all calendars on the device?

All I can think of is clear the calendar database on the handset and then re-sync. Or else restore the calendar from a backup.

How silly am I!! Yes they show in the day view - I always use the Agenda View.
