Default Newbie Question on Code Signing

Please Login to Remove!

All,
Here goes a newbie question on code signing.
I am developing application for Blackberry Handsets that use
restricted APIs. (More specifically, accessing Web Services using
HTTP). In order that the restricted APIs be used - registration
for Code Signing with appropriate 10 digit key was done (Link - www_dot_blackberry_dot_com/SignedKeys/. This site won't allow a newbie to post URL - hence the '.' is replaced by 'dot').
It has been over a week and a half since
then and yet no response. Secondly, no support email appears at the
Code signing registration site for appropriate followup.
I feel kind of lost.
Any suggestions / comments on how to move ahead would be greatly appreciated and welcome.

Thanks in advance,
Mahesh.
