Default Regional Latin America?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

A friend of mine has got a Z10 which is labelled "Regional Latin America" but he lives in Spain..

Does anybody know if he will be able to use that phone in Span? What "Regional Latin America" means?

Thanks!

Not sure what that means. Which model is it? Need a model number. As long as the model number is supported by your carrier and it is unlocked (if it was bought elsewhere) your friend should be able to use it.

Should be the STL100-1 or the STL100-2.

STL100-1 supports Quad Band EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and
Quad-Band HSPA+ 1, 2, 5/6, 8 (850/900/1900/2100 MHz) with support for 21Mbps HSPA+

As long as your friend's carrier supports one or more of these bands. Not sure who is provider is going to be. This model started in UAE
