If you are not on a BES then don't install 1 and 2. If you are not in the military, don't install number 3.

Documents To Go allows you to download/edit/send Office Documents.

Blackberry Enterprise Server. Usually, it's through your employer. If you bought this BB on your own then it's not on a BES.

BES is awesome! I can receive all of my work emails, and all personal emails no matter where I'm at. And I am able to reply to all accounts as well. It makes business sooo much easier since I travel so often. I reply to these forums when I'm stuck in airports, etc.
