Default Android software on a Storm possible?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm starting to get fed up with the lack of app support for BB. iPhone apps are everywhere (I abhor Apple) and Android is fastly approaching it. Sad thing is, I don't even run that many apps. However what few things I do want to do, I keep finding no BB apps offered. Be it I'd rather not plunk money down on a new phone, I was wondering if it's possible to get Android software to work on my Storm. I'm guessing no since I searched and found no thread on anyone running the software on any BB.

Sell your Storm and buy an Android based phone.

Good luck with that. Even if it was possible there is no way RIM would allow something that like.

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Perhaps the BB is not the device for you. My recommendation is to get an iPhone or an Android device, but make sure that you do your homework first and buy the one that fits your needs.
