I have many contacts in my Outlook 2002 contact directory that have either no name or no company and therefore I find it best to sort and file by using the "file as" field. I don't seem to be able to match that up against the options in the BB 8700c Intellisynce tool. The field mapping requires a first name and last name etc.

Has anyone run into this issue before and have a possible solution.
