I can't figure this out. We just activated a new device for a user. She added her Yahoo mail, and now her BES email is not showing up on the handheld. I can send email from the account on her handheld, but when nothing shows up.
Should I just re-activate it? I don't think that's the issue since she can send email from the BES account.
The BAS also shows that communication between the handheld and BES is good, and up to date as I'd expect.
EDIT: I figured it out. She some how went into Email : Options : Email Settings : hit the BB menu button : Folder Redirection : and unchecked every single folder.
