Well, I've tried wiping, uninstalling everything off the PC, not restoring my backup, etc., but I still can't get rid of this uncaught exception error I get when I try to compose a new SMS or reply to one I've received. The only function that works is to forward.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Mine first showed up on the Rogers OS, and didn't clear with a downgrade to T-M. I'm wiping again, and trying to install Rogers again and see if it happens. I will test before doing anything else.

SMS works ok, but the log shows myfaves error (sms manager).

I don't have MyFaves, so I shouldn't be affected by that...

It's just weird that I can forward SMS but not reply or compose a new one.

I'm also using a different computer today to see if that makes a difference.

Neither have I... It fails with a totally clean, default load.

Well, I called T-Mobile to get a replacement sent, and one is on its way. I paid extra to get it sent express.

Ok, I received my replacement, but the same problem occurred. I decided to try my work T-Mobile card, and everything went fine. I deduced that the SIM was causing issues, though I could send SMS just fine in my other units.

I located a blank T-Mobile card in my collection and had my line switched to it, and everything is fine and dandy! I'm still going to keep the replacement unit though.

it helps to remove myFaves and it prevent from myFaves errors (it causes sending SMS without your intervention and wasting your money). It happened to me, but after I deleted it by mentioned script, all is perfect.
