Hello,

I have my emails set up on my blackberry but I want to be able to view all the sub-folders that I have set up on my Inbox (as I have rules set up so that certain emails go to these folders). At the moment I can only see what’s in the inbox and when I go to view the list of folders I have available on my Blackberry it’s only my Inbox – the sub folders don’t appear.

How can I fix this?

Nope. They don't work that way.

If on BES at corporate office you can access subfolders, BIS personal does not support it.
