I Have 9700 Blackberry ( orange UK) and i want to activate enteprise.
Then I realized that my cell phone is locked. I opened up options-advanced otpions - SIM Card and Type MEPD on screen ,and show me that all personalitisations are disabled. I then wrote MEP2 but nothing has hapend. Please help me to make activated Enterprise and unlock a cell phone.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your Orange UK account?
Has the BES Administrator given you the one time password required for Enterprise Activation?
If Network shows Disabled then the BB is already unlocked.

No i dont have data plan, i tried to unlock over MFI but i dont understand how to do that i download all required data !

For issues with MFI, you should contact the author.

I have MEP code but i can to put him on mobile!

It is unlocked already.

To set up any sort of e-mail you need to contact your carrier and get a BlackBerry Data Plan added.

Forget the MEP code.
