So I have Verizon Service & a 7250 and have tried the Jabra 250 Bluetooth headset. I have experience excessive background noise to the point where I am at my desk and move papers the other person litteraly says "ouch you are hurting my ears!" So I stopped using the headset and just use the phone normally, the problem is a bit better but still exists. So my question is this... is the 7250 w/ Verizon service just really bad with background noise? Can this be solved with an upgrade to the software (I am currently on the latest upgrade and use over the air sync with BES server) and is there any headset out there that will solve this problem for me that is not a Motorola (because those just fall off every time I turn my head)....

I use the BT250v with my VZW unit, and I've not ever had any issues with background noise, or even people not being able to hear me correctly and stuff like that. I love it, and its worked quite well for me.

That is why I wonder if it is the software version on the blackberry... I have three other managers in my office that we all got our 7250's and BT250 headsets at the same time and we all have the same problem...

I have a 7250 and a HS820 headset no problems at all, I have ben using it for 3 months every single day.

If you like the Jabra style you might like the Plantronics V510. I have both and the sound quality I feel is better on the Plantronics. I use my BB 7250 on the VZW and have had no complaints with the V510.

I have been getting a lot of suggestions for the v510 as well. I think I will give it a try and I will post how it all works out. Thanks for everyones suggestions.
