Hi,

I have an 8100.

I use the stock blackberry headset sometimes to talk. It's convenient.

However when I use it people complain they hear an echo (which is as loud if not louder than me talking) about a full second after they speak (i.e. they hear themselves).

Anyone else notice the same problem? Solutions?

As a side question, what's the latest version for 8100 that has chinese support? (can I make 4.5 have chinese support? :P)

OOOO one more thing!
If I have the charger plugged in and the headset plugged in too I hear some electricity sounding thing (a fairly low frequency buzz). This happen with other people too?

I suspect this is just due to the electricity through the charger inducing a magnetic field which inteferes with the headset. But still no harm in asking, hopefully

I don't believe there is an OS 4.5 with Chinese available yet. You can search through our 8100 OS threads for ANY that are named "8100CJK...." for a Chinese language version.

For the headset... I don't your brand. My Jawbone works spectacularly.

It's the stock headset which comes out of the box.
