hi, I try searching but cannot find an answer to my question:

how to find out when a sms was sent? when it comes to my 8120 it shows the time the sms ARRIVED, but I sometime switch on my BB after 2-3 days and all the sms come ...so you see the confusion (for ex "lunch today at 12?" - and I do not know is it actually for today or yesterday)

nokia on symbian shows this kind of details (when the sms was sent and it was delivered)

Never seen it on a blackberry.
Didnt see it on my nokia n95 either, but i may have missed it.

If you have "delivery reports" enabled and the receiver allows delivery reports, you can find out EXACTLY (I think down to the second?) when the receiver got the message on THEIR phone.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Open the message and scroll up to into the message header field. It will show you when it was actually sent to you.

The list of messages you see in the Message inbox are sorted by when they were received on your device, not necessarily when it was sent.

I do have delivery report enabled, but I am asking here about sms sent TO my device not FROM my device

I do not have email on my BB so cannot try this...what about sms?
