I own a 9700 Bold 2 - which was purchased 3 months back...... The phone has become blank and hence was sent to the Service Center as it is under Warranty.... They are refusing to repair my phone and asking me a charge equivalent to "THE COST OF A NEW PHONE" which is not acceptable to me or to any one sensible on this PLANET..........
Worst part is that i am not able to find any Email ID of any office across the world....... where i can post my complaint.........
I am amazed as to WHY SUCH A BIG GLOBAL COMPANY LIKE BLACKBERRY
is hiding their Email IDs of their Office incharge, etc....
This throws a very bad image and gives me a feeling that whether BLACKBERRY / RIM are Frauds.....????
Atleast now i request the Team of Black berry to contact me and sought out my issue......
